Applus+ LGAI is the Assaigs I Laboratori General d'Investigacions which provides services for product development, testing and certification services. It provides advice and services to improve product quality testing and behavior regarding health and safety at different levels. Applus+ LGAI certifies systems and services comply with the requirements set out by the authorities, regulatory bodies and the market itself. Currently Laboratori General d'Investigacions Assaigs I have Departments dedicated to the testing of electromagnetic compatibility, electrical safety, metrology, noise, construction, fire resistance, vibration, chemical, food, engineering and information security, as well as the certification systems. It has 800 employees and offices in Europe, Asia and America. In 2009, the company celebrates its 100 year anniversary.
